Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery
Manage project budgets
Promote continuous improvement to address quality issues
Optimize project schedules to meet commitments
Proactively identify project risks
Lead meetings, manage expectations, and build trust with internal and external teams
Ensure the project team delivers the scope "as sold"
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and accountability

Maintain adherence to internal governance frameworks and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

More than 7 years of experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
PMP or equivalent professional certification
Fluent in English (required)
Familiarity with protection relays, bay control units, auxiliary relays, and telecommunications/network equipment
Proficient in MS Project, Jira, and project planning tools
Experience with hybrid project management approaches
