About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead - SP Services India, you will be responsible for guiding SP Services India team in gaining maturity in their operating mechanism elements, drive MORs, facilitate Daily Management and Kaizen events.
- You will be defining, developing, and implementing lean roadmap of segment that align with strategic business objectives.
- You will coach teams and collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking.
- You will also own, facilitate and resolve assigned Root Cause Analysis projects (RCAs) & problem solving for KPIs, not performing as per plan.
- This role includes ownership, driving root cause identification, corrective action development and implementation for the most prevalent issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any technical discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant work experience preferably in the wind or power generation industry.
- Ability to manage and facilitate improvement workshops experience in Leading or facilitated Kaizen events and able ensure good conduct maintained, must be able to push for a good working environment and resolve conflict.
- Knowledge and experience of 5Why, A3, 8D, Operating mechanism and GEV kaizen Play book
