About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, understand and maintain the EHS project plan
Provide support to communicate and manage all sections of the plan
Responsible for safety administration, risk management, EHS training, medical and security related issues that may impact personnel or overall site safety
Investigate incidents or near miss events as necessary or required
Analyze root causes to determine safety measures to prevent future incidents and influence the implementation of corrective actions
Serve as direct liaison with end customer at site in safety task planning
Conduct site audits, equipment and PPE inspections
Mentor peers and crew in advanced EHS topics and train new Safety Specialists in current processes and procedures
Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or qualification equivalent; Level B Occupational safety and health management personnel or 乙級職業安全衛生管理員
Minimum 3 year’s working experience in EPC on safety & health management capacity
Willingness to be based at Hsinta, Kaohsiung project site
Bilingual in both Chinese and English.
