About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect the Operating Model: Design and enforce a cross-functional "closed-loop" rhythm across Sales, Warranty, MCU, and Engineering
  • Own the Financial Narrative: Lead our "one set of books" operating initiative
  • Drive Fleet Performance: Translate field data and technical feedback into measurable reliability improvements
  • Serve as the Contractual Conscience: Navigate the nuance between contractual obligations and operational reality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 year degree (or equivalent deep technical / Wind industry experience); STEM degree strongly preferred; equivalent technical experience in wind turbine systems, FEMA, and field operations will be considered
  • 10+ years in wind energy operations, commercial / account management, or technical leadership
  • Approximately 25–30% travel required
