About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect the Operating Model: Design and enforce a cross-functional "closed-loop" rhythm across Sales, Warranty, MCU, and Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 year degree (or equivalent deep technical / Wind industry experience); STEM degree strongly preferred; equivalent technical experience in wind turbine systems, FEMA, and field operations will be considered
10+ years in wind energy operations, commercial / account management, or technical leadership
Approximately 25–30% travel required
