About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers
Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
Ensure adherence to Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) logistics processes as defined within Gas Power projects, supporting on-time delivery to end customers
Create project logistics budgets and develop transport plans to support ITO, OTR and day-to-day routing and planning activities
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure planning and execution of logistics that supports on-time delivery and optimize logistics costs
Monitor and ensure compliance of supporting Logistics Coordinators with customer requirements and contract deliverables
Build strong relationship with internal partners, and key account contacts to understand repairs outage needs and keep the repairs logistics operational team KPIs on target
Provide Day-to-Day oversight (Daily Management, Morning Start up and EOD report out) to leadership with regards to projects within scope

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four (4) plus years hands-on day to day logistics experience
Relevant bachelors degree - accredited university/college
High school diploma / GED may be considered with at least 6 years of aligned work experience
Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
