About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creation and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Ensuring quality control
Supporting the Project Manager/Director on all quality-related matters
Conducting process audits within the project
Managing customer approvals and ensuring timely notifications
Ensuring achievement of defined quality objectives through measurements, audits, and corrective actions
Performing root cause analyses and supporting lessons learned initiatives
Participating in project reviews and ensuring coverage of all quality aspects
Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements for suppliers and construction sites per contract and company guidelines
Managing project non-conformances, conducting reviews, and following up on corrective actions
Monitoring the customer satisfaction process

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree and experience in a project-related field (Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Project Management)
Proven experience in project quality management or EPC contracts
Experience developing and implementing inspection and test plans for turnkey projects
Fluent in German and English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Assertiveness and the ability to influence others
Strong organizational skills
Focus on compliance and personal integrity
Willingness to travel (approx. 15%)
