Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the execution of complex projects within the Grid Automation solutions domain
Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Ensure safety and quality through the overall execution cycle
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Create a strong customer intimacy and ensure its satisfaction during execution
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Utilize planning and scheduling tools to monitor progress, manage the critical path and deliver the project in time
Ensure optimal usage of project resources partnering with the Engineering and Services department
Ensure optimal budget control developing clear work breakdown structure and monitoring Earned Value (EV)
Enhance project financial defining saving strategy and maximizing variation orders during execution
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks identified during project execution
Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of project execution
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector
Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects
Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel to customer sites and offices as required by the project plan (around 20%)
