Build strong partnerships with our Services Business functional stakeholders
Develop target process model & solution design for business functions
Establish program governance standards, steering committee frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Drive ERP landscape simplification by collaborating with other value stream leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
10+ years of IT experience
At least 5 years specifically dedicated to leading large-scale, complex enterprise application portfolios
Proven track record of leading at least 1–2 full-lifecycle global Oracle Cloud ERP migrations or transformations
Experience with ERP processes in a manufacturing environment
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of an organization
