About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with the sales team during customer meetings to present and promote our power stability and grid utilities solutions
  • Review and interpret customer specifications to propose the best solution from our portfolio of solutions and products
  • Prepare clear and concise technical proposals, including deviations from customer requirements
  • Travel within France and internationally to visit customers as part of the tendering process
  • Lead technical negotiation meetings with customers
  • Compile cost lists for proposed solutions with the support of key contributors
  • Optimize costs by challenging contributors
  • Provide technical expertise and support to sales directors and commercial operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Electronics (engineering school or equivalent)
  • At least 5–10 years of experience in electrical/power electronics
  • Strong knowledge of HV grid stabilization applications for TSOs/DSOs (synchronous condenser systems, STATCOMs, or BESS-based hybrid solutions)
  • Ability to work independently within a matrix organization
  • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple topics and/or multiple bids
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English is required
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
