About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commissioning and handover of rotating machines and Balance of Plant (HV/MV, automation and protection)
Fully manage commercial and financial aspects (revenue, margin, costs, billing and cash collection)
Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix structure and ensure alignment with stakeholders in Brazil and internationally
Develop and control the execution plan, schedule and project baseline, monitoring progress, risks and changes to meet timeline and budget
Ensure risk management, safety, operational excellence and a high-performance culture, including team development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master's desirable)
Advanced English
Strong experience delivering solutions with rotating machines and energy projects (EPC, grid or industrial)
Knowledge of electrical systems (e-House, HV/MV, automation, protection) and technologies such as synchronous condensers, storage and power electronics
Experience managing projects under international contracts (FIDIC/NEC)
Project management certification (PMP/Prince2)
Familiarity with industry stakeholders (utilities, regulatory bodies)
Tools such as MS Project, Office and SAP.
