Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or equivalent experience
Considerable years of experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.
Demonstrated years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries, or other highly regulated, technical industry.
Demonstrated years of experience recruiting niched roles for Quebec province
Fluent French Speaker
