Key responsibilities & impact

drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Product Management function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination
requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups
interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
acts as the operational glue between Product, Engineering, and Development teams
drives operational excellence by implementing robust frameworks for product discovery and delivery
ensures Product and Engineering teams are aligned on data-driven priorities, clear technical requirements, and scalable release cadences
uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

significant experience in Product Management & Operations for roles outside of the USA
knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) for roles outside the USA
Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for roles in USA
strong oral and written communication skills
strong interpersonal and leadership skills
demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
established project management skills
strategic experience in deploying Lean management systems to drive operational excellence
proficiency in utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
