About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources.
Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP.
Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings.
Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project-related training activities.
Develop and issue the Project Management Plan and related project plans and procedures.
Ensure compliance with U.S. export control and other requirements as applicable.
Monitor and control progress on project deliverables and ensure conformance with project requirements.
Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management Plan.
Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes and project progress reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in project management, engineering, or business.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business (if Bachelor's).
BWR Operations/Maintenance experience highly desired.
Training development or training program experience highly desired.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM is preferred.
Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge.
Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs.
Knowledge of the power industry, customer, and competitive environment.
Demonstrated ability supporting project budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Lean Six Sigma training and experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
