About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop and negotiate complex multi-year contracts
- Support the design and deployment of scalable and repeatable processes to launch AN customer opportunities globally
- Work closely with customers to identify needs and potential solutions
- Cultivate customer relationships at all levels of the customer organization
- Develop partner relationships where needed to put together total project solutions
- Be responsible for obtaining orders and sales by driving and implementing sales strategy for assigned markets/customers
- Contribute to defining and implementing marketing and commercial strategies to increase orders volume, scope and maximize profitability
- Keep leadership team up to date on market and strategic account intelligence
- Develop winning bid strategies for opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing position
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nuclear industry or adjacent industry
- Over 8 years experience in nuclear industry (desired)
- Over 8 years experience in a Sales or Marketing position (desired)
- Advanced understanding of nuclear technologies, regulations and operations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated Program/Project management skills
