About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, be part of the design of high voltage & HVDC substations, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards, protection standard, and regulations.
Collaboration with other engineers and support for project documentation and continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.
Manages & oversees detailed execution progress, coordinates delivery of required engineering documentation for procurement, manufacturing and site erection associated to concerned activity, based on Customer specifications and requirement, and internal standards.
A Lead Secondary engineer has the capacity to manage design packages integrated in 'Full set' projects according to PMH.
With an important customer in terms of secured and potential contracts or target market. That constitutes a major financial, technical and or commercial risk & opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical Engineers) from an accredited university or Technology Academic studies.
Minimum 3 years engineering experience in related activity/discipline, preferably in project & EPC type environment in HV substations, Power Gen or Oil &Gas industry
Familiar with project technical management processes, preferably in a multi-disciplinary team’s context with multiple interfaces
Fluent in English.
Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium period and to travel worldwide.
