Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as Project Manager Lead for pillar tool development initiatives
Drive day-to-day engagement for platform development(s)
Execute strategy and/or policy per standard practices and precedents
Manage, coordinate, and drive execution of software development through project tollgates
Apply appropriate Daily Management, disseminating project KPIs, operational management needs for platform lifecycles
Collaborate with IT and cross-business teams on program needs
Provide consistent communication rhythm on project(s) status and operational improvements
Ensure requirements are completed prior to IT production releases

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 + years of Project Management experience in Engineering/Technology and/or Engineering Tools
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Demonstrated leadership experience that embodies the GE Vernova Way
Strategic thinker with strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of enterprise tools that interface with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Services
Capability and passion for PM work, including within a matrix-based, global engineering team
Understanding and experience with software development methodologies and supporting tools, preferably with Agile and scrum framework approaches
Industrial Engineering tools knowledge: PLMs (Enovia and/or Teamcenter preferred), basic knowledge of ERPs (SAP, and/or Oracle preferred); familiarity with CAD
