About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end project management for GE Vernova supply chain development projects
  • Propose, manage, and deliver results on significant large-scale and inter-business projects and initiatives that align with business and stakeholder needs
  • Provide operational oversight and insights into key supply chain related initiatives
  • Develop new business cases to support business initiatives considering known challenges and changes in the sector
  • Create, deploy, ensure enterprise project tollgate standard work and related methodologies are used for all supply chain development projects
  • Establish goals and program direction to achieve SQDC, sustainability, and reliability results
  • Provide project management leadership and direction to the commercial, product line, project, engineering and other interfacing functional organizations
  • Ensure the appropriate individuals from the functional teams are included for each project or initiative and interact effectively to achieve business results
  • Effectively communicate and influence partnership programs, interactions, and relationships
  • Champion and integrate the GE Vernova Way and the Sustainability Framework into GEV Supply Chain Development standard practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Supply Chain, Lean, or Sourcing experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with and presenting to global stakeholders at senior level
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to ~50% of the time, with occasional more intense travel depending on project circumstances and status
  • Excellent communication (oral/written) experience, working and influencing cross-culturally in large, matrixed organizations
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
