About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end project management for GE Vernova supply chain development projects
Propose, manage, and deliver results on significant large-scale and inter-business projects and initiatives that align with business and stakeholder needs
Provide operational oversight and insights into key supply chain related initiatives
Develop new business cases to support business initiatives considering known challenges and changes in the sector
Create, deploy, ensure enterprise project tollgate standard work and related methodologies are used for all supply chain development projects
Establish goals and program direction to achieve SQDC, sustainability, and reliability results
Provide project management leadership and direction to the commercial, product line, project, engineering and other interfacing functional organizations
Ensure the appropriate individuals from the functional teams are included for each project or initiative and interact effectively to achieve business results
Effectively communicate and influence partnership programs, interactions, and relationships
Champion and integrate the GE Vernova Way and the Sustainability Framework into GEV Supply Chain Development standard practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Supply Chain, Lean, or Sourcing experience
Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with and presenting to global stakeholders at senior level
Willingness and ability to travel up to ~50% of the time, with occasional more intense travel depending on project circumstances and status
Excellent communication (oral/written) experience, working and influencing cross-culturally in large, matrixed organizations
Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
Collaboration
