About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the entire process of handling spare parts quotations in our ERP Salesforce (SFDC)
Lead a team of 10 team members
Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the offer (tender) cycle
Analyze market trends and customer feedback
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Prepare and present reports on operational and financial performance metrics (KPIs)
Coach and develop team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
Proven experience participating in the bid response process or in a technical sales (technico-commercial) role
Prior experience managing teams (on-site and/or remote)
Interest in spare parts activities
Fluent English required
International mobility (occasional travel to meet teams/clients)
Knowledge of commercial processes related to the sale of spare parts is desirable
Strong skills in financial analysis and execution
Familiarity with an ERP is preferred
