Key responsibilities & impact

Provide advanced technical leadership to the Engineering team
Drive engineering excellence and support mid-level complexity projects
Mentor next generation engineers
Lead end-to-end design, analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions for moderate-to-high complexity projects
Act as a technical resource and subject matter expert within Gas Turbine Performance
Review and approve engineering documentation and deliverables to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Drive problem resolution across disciplines
Identify and implement process improvements through Lean and Artificial Intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related science discipline
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related technical, scientific, or equivalent experience
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver results
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience interfacing with customers, conferences, user groups
Customer-focused with clear, concise written and oral communications at the appropriate level
Experience and demonstrated success working in a complex cross-functional global environment
Servant leadership mindset
Able to travel globally as needed
