About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and research, to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives
Provide input, alongside the Portfolio manager, to build the product roadmaps
Work closely with data scientists, IT, and designers to ensure the development of robust AI solutions, maintaining technical rigor and introducing new methods for verifying success and identifying risks
Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing user needs in AI applications
Support the coordination of AI applications to drive improvements and innovations across Vernova
Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions
Define and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure the success and impact of AI initiatives
Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance value delivery
Oversee the interjection of AI products coming from 3rd party software suppliers and determine best technology fit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of relevant professional experience
Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives
Experience building and deploying AI applications
Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges
Technical Proficiency and Data-Driven Mindset
