Lead Sales Specialist – Digital Solution Architecture

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted technical advisor within the Commercial Sales Team, translating customer challenges into tailored GE Vernova software solutions and value cases.
- Apply industry knowledge (Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical) to design reference architectures and quantify solution impact.
- Leverage expertise in Asset Performance Management, predictive analytics, operations performance, and carbon management trends.
- Use analytical and commercial judgment to propose differentiated solutions, understand competitive positioning, and support complex sales decisions.
- Collaborate globally with strong interpersonal skills, support colleagues, lead low‑risk initiatives, and represent GE Vernova in marketing events and presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Advanced experience in operations and maintenance as an asset intensive industries
- Experience with software implementation
- Relevant industry certifications is a strong plus (CMRP, CRE, ASI etc.)
- Advanced english knowledge
- Advanced portuguese knowledge
- Spanish knowledge is desired.
