Electrification M&A Growth Strategy – Origination Leader

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define where inorganic growth should play to support long‑term segment strategy.
- Lead development and continuous refinement of the Electrification inorganic growth gameboard.
- Identify strategic gaps and opportunities across Product and technology capabilities, Geographic coverage, Vertical integration, Adjacent and emerging growth spaces.
- Partner with business line strategy teams to ensure alignment between organic roadmaps and inorganic priorities.
- Build / Buy / Partner recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Extensive experience in strategy, business development, M&A, or related leadership roles (knowledge level is comparable to 15+ years of experience).
- Proven experience in proactive, thesis‑driven M&A or partnership development
- Deep industry experience in Electrification, Electrical Power Grids, and Electro‑Intensive industries
- Experience working in complex, matrixed global organizations
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable inorganic priorities
- Financial and business acumen sufficient to shape early value theses.
