About the role

  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
  • Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers
  • Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility
  • Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
  • Stay informed of industry trends that may inform work

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the Services & Customer Service Management
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college desired
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
