About the role
- Deliver world-class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions by combining industry expertise, equipment knowledge, software capabilities, and strong customer relationship management
- Lead a small to medium-sized team of professionals across the Americas, driving customer outcomes, operational performance, and team development
- Influence functional strategy, including resource planning, execution priorities, and policy development within the area of responsibility
- Assess business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services
- Apply strong judgment to solve complex problems across operational, technical, product, engineering, and service environments
- Develop thoughtful, data-informed recommendations by evaluating information, asking the right questions, and engaging the appropriate stakeholders
- Identify and implement solutions outside of established approaches when needed to meet customer and business objectives
- Lead functional initiatives and projects, communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging customer needs to help shape continuous improvement and business performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Candidates with a high school diploma / GED must have at least 12 years of relevant experience in Services and Digital Customer Reliability
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Services and Digital Customer Reliability segment
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing, service-oriented, and digital reliability environments
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is posted and to which they apply, without requiring current or future sponsorship
