Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver world-class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions by combining industry expertise, equipment knowledge, software capabilities, and strong customer relationship management
  • Lead a small to medium-sized team of professionals across the Americas, driving customer outcomes, operational performance, and team development
  • Influence functional strategy, including resource planning, execution priorities, and policy development within the area of responsibility
  • Assess business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services
  • Apply strong judgment to solve complex problems across operational, technical, product, engineering, and service environments
  • Develop thoughtful, data-informed recommendations by evaluating information, asking the right questions, and engaging the appropriate stakeholders
  • Identify and implement solutions outside of established approaches when needed to meet customer and business objectives
  • Lead functional initiatives and projects, communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging customer needs to help shape continuous improvement and business performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Candidates with a high school diploma / GED must have at least 12 years of relevant experience in Services and Digital Customer Reliability
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Services and Digital Customer Reliability segment
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing, service-oriented, and digital reliability environments
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is posted and to which they apply, without requiring current or future sponsorship
