About the role
- Responsible for supporting the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management program
- Implement and manage processes within the BU or HQ
- Establish and monitor the risk appetite
- Assess control over critical processes
- Analyze internal and external risk events
- Optimize operational risk capital
- Present business solutions to leaders in functional area
- Communicate complex messages with others to adopt new points of view
- Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- Or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Enterprise and Operational Risk
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
