Define and communicate a clear vision for development and execution modernization aligned with HDNU business goals.
Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap for migrating legacy systems to modern platforms.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, operations, cybersecurity) through the transformation lifecycle, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business outcomes.
Establish and maintain operational infrastructure, cadence, and actionable KPIs/metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) to drive performance and accountability.
Act as a change agent to drive cultural and operational shifts required for digital and lean transformation.
Oversee the selection, integration, and deployment of next-generation DCS platforms that are scalable, secure, and compliant.
Upskill teams on new technologies, lean methodologies, and problem-solving tools.
Analyze performance data to determine action plans and process improvement needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in any combination of managing programs/projects, power plant design engineering or driving continuous improvement initiatives.
