About the role
- Provide day-to-day configuration and administrative support for supply chain tools.
- Guide users through access requests and ticket submission processes and serve as a primary point of contact for escalations.
- Act as a liaison between business needs and IT systems, driving efficiency, integration, and user adoption.
- Serve as a central point of contact for supply chain operations, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address performance gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of supply chain tools, including but not limited to Oscar, SAP, MTA, Supplier Connect, RFQ, Tungsten, CTSI, and Smartsheet.
- Support new supply chain users by guiding them through the access request process.
- Set up supply chain requirements for new projects in Oscar.
- Maintain and update supply chain user and project information in Oscar, including changes to buyers, sourcing, logistics, and notification contacts.
- Partner with the Digital team to identify opportunities to improve and simplify existing tools.
- Prepare standard work instructions for key tool functionalities.
- Collaborate with Digital, Analytics, and IT teams to enhance data quality, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Serve as a supply chain subject matter expert in business reviews, Kaizen events, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage the execution of multiple interdependent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource constraints.
- Support change management and stakeholder communications to enable sustainable implementation of improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business ERP/system solutions, supply chain operations, operations management, or a related role, with demonstrated expertise in business systems solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in global or multi-site supply chain environments.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
