About the role
- responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs
- deliver a combination of hands on, shop floor training and structured classroom instruction
- partner closely with HR, Operations, Production Quality, EHS, Engineering, and various Leadership teams
- design, revise, and maintain comprehensive training curricula
- update training materials to reflect changes in technology, equipment, processes, quality standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements
- deliver hands-on technical training in live production environments
- collaborate with the Quality Management System (QMS) team to develop, approve, and ensure adherence to operating procedures
- deliver engaging, structured classroom‑based training sessions
- evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback and operational metrics
- assess current and future training needs based on job requirements, process changes, and performance data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related education field, or equivalent experience as a Site Training Engineer or Training Coordinator
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering training in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience providing both hands-on technical training and classroom instruction
- Experience developing, maintaining, and training to work instructions and standard work documentation
