Define and sustain the enterprise architecture for physical security technologies
Lead the design, evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement of security technology solutions
Ensure interoperability and integration between physical security systems and digital technology infrastructure
Partner with Digital Technology and Cybersecurity to ensure platforms meet reliability and privacy standards
Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen operational resilience
Establish governance, standards, vendor strategy, and lifecycle management practices for security technology

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Security Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Strong experience in enterprise security technology, physical security systems, or critical infrastructure protection
Minimum of 10 years of experience in global or complex operating environments
Demonstrated success designing, deploying, and integrating enterprise physical security platforms
Proven ability to translate operational security requirements into scalable technology architecture
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
