About the role
- Lead and mentor team focusing on work planning, technical approach, design assurance, execution excellence
- Lead integrated approaches and solutions across diverse plant disciplines or specialties
- Coordinate across matrixed Engineering teams to assess RFIs/RFPs
- Support business and product line leaders in ITO commercial risk review process
- Collaborate proactively and inclusively for overall team across other engineering disciplines
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Mathematics or equivalent 4-year technical degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy industrial, thermal power, or nuclear industry working in plant instrumentation application, control and monitoring system design
- Minimum of 10 years of application, field installation, and test engineering of systems, equipment, and components
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in requirements management, system and software design, application engineering or requisition fulfillment
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
