About the role
- Conducts component and system integration with overall new nuclear plant design.
- Perform identification of verification and validation (V&V) requirements at the plant, system, and component level.
- Manages interface between systems, components, and project/product management organizations.
- Contributes strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM from an accredited university or college.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in nuclear commercial power.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% (U.S. and internationally, as required).
