About the role

  • Oversee the successful orchestration and delivery of Grid Automation projects
  • Coordinate with Project Managers for execution of individual projects
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
  • Ensure quality assurance of all project deliverables
  • Mentor and lead project teams
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector
  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Additional certifications in Grid Automation or related technologies are a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
