Oversee the successful orchestration and delivery of Grid Automation projects
Coordinate with Project Managers for execution of individual projects
Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
Ensure quality assurance of all project deliverables
Mentor and lead project teams
Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector
Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects
Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
Additional certifications in Grid Automation or related technologies are a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
