About the role

  • Serve as the Business Process Owner for designated project management and enterprise systems.
  • Act as the key user and subject matter expert for the suite of Project Management tools.
  • Support tools implementation and deployment, providing end-user support and training.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT.
  • Analyze business requirements and propose enhancements to project management tools.
  • Monitor tool performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.
  • Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics within SAP SD, PPM, and other project management tools.
  • Participate in system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of new tools or functionalities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management, SAP SD, and PPM solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP SD module and PPM, including configuration and process support.
  • Experience in project management tool administration or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support end-users at all levels.
  • Experience with other project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, PPM tool ….) is highly desirable.
