About the role
- Serve as the Business Process Owner for designated project management and enterprise systems.
- Act as the key user and subject matter expert for the suite of Project Management tools.
- Support tools implementation and deployment, providing end-user support and training.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT.
- Analyze business requirements and propose enhancements to project management tools.
- Monitor tool performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.
- Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics within SAP SD, PPM, and other project management tools.
- Participate in system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of new tools or functionalities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management, SAP SD, and PPM solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience with SAP SD module and PPM, including configuration and process support.
- Experience in project management tool administration or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to train and support end-users at all levels.
- Experience with other project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, PPM tool ….) is highly desirable.
