Lead project financials for assigned projects, delivering monthly inputs for Project Reviews, Finance Reviews, and Operating Reviews, including EACs, margin/cash bridges, risks/opportunities, and recovery actions.
Support contract handover from Inquiry to Order (ITO), to Order to Remittance (OTR) for the largest and most complex deals i.e. T&C clarifications, project setup etc.
Produce concise, executive-ready materials for leadership and board reviews
Own forecasting for assigned projects (Strategic Plan, Annual Budget, monthly/quarterly outlooks) across revenue, margin, EBIT, and cash; deliver variance analysis and scenario/sensitivity modeling.
Drive margin and cash improvement through structured Project Margin Reviews, analyzing cost/schedule variances, change orders and claims, and implementing corrective actions with Project Management.
Provide key income statement, balance sheet and cash flow metrics for forecasts and actual results for assigned projects
Simplify and automate reporting by standardizing templates and leveraging ERP/BI tools to improve data quality and cycle time.

Requirements

BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent international degree
Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering.
10 years of experience in finance or operations function in progressively larger positions of responsibility
