About the role
- Provide technical leadership for the RAE team for R1 Solutioning
- Assure quality of R1 Solutioning and RAE tasks
- Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as Global Sales, Commercial, Sales and Engineering
- Provide technical leadership to R1S projects
- Focus on proactive RAE engagement and strive for innovation to bring change
- Mentor and develop talent
- Lead LEAN concepts, run data analysis on operational throughputs
- Run Daily Management and PSR as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 15 years of engineering experience in the Gas Power Plant industry
- At least 8 years of customer-facing engineering experience
- Knowledgeable in Power generation industry trends and competition
- Must be willing and able to travel
