About the role

  • Provide input and make decisions that influence major technical and financial outcomes
  • drive coordination of engineering activities and critical issue resolution for OTR-related issues
  • provide technical project management and direction as a liaison with customers and EPC representatives
  • ensure compliance with contract requirements and improve project execution
  • support management of the Engineering Budget and provide quarterly Estimate at Completions (EACs)
  • present project issue resolutions to upper management and create action plans to remedy risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university OR a high school diploma/ GED with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, and/or Field Engineering related to Steam Turbine or HRSG Projects
  • Eligibility Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel, as required ~10%
  • Ability and willingness to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Leadership-quality communication skills, both verbal and written
