About the role
- serve as an interface for the Project Procurement & Logistics Manager and Project Manager
- track Purchase Orders from submission to delivery
- assist with coordination with suppliers
- proactively follow up with suppliers

- support the Procurement team with maintenance activities
Requirements
- interface for the Project Procurement & Logistics Manager and Project Manager
- track Purchase Orders from submission to delivery across a portfolio of projects
- coordinate with suppliers to confirm that orders are received and acknowledged
- follow up with suppliers on order acknowledgements, expediting, order status, logistics requirements, and delivery status
- work with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Sourcing, and Project Controls
- present status updates to Project Managers
- support the Procurement team with clean up and maintenance activities in the ERP system
