About the role
- responsible for the execution of projects associated with Nuclear Inspection Services within GEH
- manage the different Inspections work groups (IVVI, IVUT, ISI) at customer outages to facilitate project delivery
- report to the Inspection Services PMO Leader and coordinate with business leaders to plan and execute project work scopes
- serve Inspection Services processes, procedures, and guidelines
- develop specialized knowledge in reference to forming stakeholder relations for project execution
- act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- provide technical direction and guidance to contracted and craft labor
- ensure project metrics are met while delivering agreed upon contractual expectations for customers or procedural expectations internally
- project closure and review, both internal and external as depicted by stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 Years of Project Management experience)
- Ability and willingness to travel 60% of the time (To include up to 12 Hours Daily/7 Days a week while travelling)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute
