About the role

  • Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan for Gas Power Services business for the assigned customer based in China.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth
  • Own the business relationship with assigned customers at all levels
  • Have the Daily management skill on deal tracking and customer management
  • Understand customers’ CTQ’s and provide service solutions for the assigned customers from outages to projects
  • Own customer satisfaction and work with different functions in the business to drive solutions for product issues
  • Understand and analyze market dynamics to recommend product strategy to leadership team
  • Promote/launch new products in China and drive growth for new segments
  • Responsible for assigned pipeline management, pacing, and forecasting in NEX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering or related field
  • MBA/Master is a plus
  • Strong Accountability and self-starter
  • At least 5 years of experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales or application engineering
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
