About the role
- Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan for Gas Power Services business for the assigned customer based in China.
- Identify opportunities to drive business growth
- Own the business relationship with assigned customers at all levels
- Have the Daily management skill on deal tracking and customer management
- Understand customers’ CTQ’s and provide service solutions for the assigned customers from outages to projects
- Own customer satisfaction and work with different functions in the business to drive solutions for product issues
- Understand and analyze market dynamics to recommend product strategy to leadership team
- Promote/launch new products in China and drive growth for new segments
- Responsible for assigned pipeline management, pacing, and forecasting in NEX.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering or related field
- MBA/Master is a plus
- Strong Accountability and self-starter
- At least 5 years of experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales or application engineering
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
