About the role

  • Be responsible for owning the Global Services HQ P&L
  • Understanding trends and operational drivers across the different process phases
  • Close partnership with the Services Finance Operations (SOF) and extended Gas Power Finance teams
  • Support the Transactional Services FP&A Leader by leading financial planning and reporting cycles
  • Prepare and support presentations (Op Plan, Budget, Long Range Forecasts, Operating Reviews)
  • Maintain processes for analyzing and reporting operating results to management
  • Share best practices and drive global process standardization
  • Ensure key processes and controls are in place to support a world class financial operation
  • Lead the pursuit of excellence in controllership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Minimum some experience of finance, accounting, or audit
  • Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP)
  • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally to problem solve complex operational and financial problems
  • Robust time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience with driving process simplification and excellence leveraging contemporary data analysis tools, particularly within the Microsoft Suite and PowerBI
