About the role

  • Lead the cross-functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new wind energy products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and business growth initiatives
  • Support the execution of commercial strategies, including sales and marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and revenue growth
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to optimize procurement processes, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of components and materials
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of services and support programs for customers, including maintenance, repair, and technical support
  • Engage in engineering projects, including design, testing, and validation of wind energy systems
  • Actively participate in leadership training and development activities, including workshops, mentoring, and coaching sessions
  • Foster collaboration and communication across all departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of business strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and an MBA
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the wind energy industry
  • Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor teams
  • Familiarity with wind energy technology and industry standards
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in product management, strategy development, and commercial operations
  • A background in supply chain management and services support
  • A history of successful project management and team leadership in the wind energy sector
  • Experience in international markets and cross-cultural team management
