About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic capacity roadmap in the investment casting space
- Partner with strategic suppliers and cross functional team members to create the capacity roadmap
- Work closely with suppliers to understand capacity and constraints to implement projects that remove bottlenecks
- Establish robust action plans focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Manage capacity ramp up action plans and monitor progress weekly
- Report out to GE Vernova leadership on capacity establishment status and action plans
- Collaborate to ensure on-time completion of part qualifications, process revisions, etc.
- Support capacity ramp actions onsite with key suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- 5-10 years experience in operations leadership or program management, preferably within the energy sector or a similar industry
- 5+ years investment casting production experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 50%
