About the role

  • drive long-term commitments of $1B+
  • develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SMR deployment in new and existing customer segments
  • build and lead a sales organization responsible for sales efforts from prospects through proposals, contract negotiation and deal closure
  • develop executive-level relationships with customers and engage other stakeholders such as regulators, policy makers, and industry groups
  • represent the company at key conferences, government forums, and industry roundtables
  • bring together key decision makers in other parts of the GE Vernova enterprise and within the GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy business

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years senior sales, commercial development, or business development experience
  • Proven track record of selling complex, capital-intensive solutions to large customers
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the Power Generation industry, with at least 3 years of experience in Nuclear
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited university or college
  • Experience with direct management of employees
