About the role

  • responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources
  • oversee the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for mega projects including Engineered Equipment Packages or Equipment-Only Projects
  • develop specialized knowledge in their discipline and serve as best practice/quality resource
  • contribute towards strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within area of responsibility
  • use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
  • apply technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
  • act as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems with the ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
