About the role
- responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources
- overseeing the Power Equipment scope provided by GEV project
- direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium - large sized projects
- developing specialized knowledge in their discipline
- contributing towards strategy and policy development
- making decisions or solving moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
- acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
