About the role

  • The Client Services and Fulfillment Operations Manager is a vital member of the PERS Commercial Operations team.
  • The main purpose of this role to book orders, reduce rebooks due to operational errors, set up customer related system information, and order related workflows.
  • Coordinate GE Vernova PERS logistics & documentation from Order to Revenue (OTR) fulfillment of domestic & international orders for both physical & electronic product offerings within defined framework.
  • Product Fulfillment for hosted software offerings including tenant provisioning & licensing for On-Prem customers.
  • This team member will work directly with the Commercial Operations, Sales Team, CSM Team, Renewals Team, Product Management Team, Services Team and coordinate with the Billing/Invoicing, AR/Collection, and Disputes team members.
  • Operational quote approval
  • Coordinate IT issues in SFDC and Fusion
  • Assist and advise on LE-related activities
  • Coordinate and advise on rebooking activities, RMA, and cancellations
  • Provide training or corrective updates to the current knowledge base and SOPs to ensure compliance with external audits, offering guidance and advisory
  • Order booking and PO validation
  • Order Entry Workflow and Billing workflow creation
  • Vendor form-, KYC-, Credit Application Management
  • License Fulfillment and delivery
  • Tenant activation/enablement/deletion
  • Upgrade delivery
  • Order kick-off in fusion/Manual release of paused tasks
  • Ensure compliance to all applicable export regulations to include export license, country specific requirements, & third-party inspections
  • Making sure all fulfilled orders are getting invoiced and billed to the customers.
  • Case management
  • Maintain & be responsible for timely, accurate & complete record keeping.
  • Contribute to record keeping improvements
  • Communicate to internal & external customers on shipment / order status

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in similar position in sales support, customer service, renewals, client services, billing/invoicing, AR/Collection or disputes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize activities

  • Creative, innovative, and curious personality with a problem-solving approach
  • Sales and service mindset with a customer-focused approach
