About the role
- Operate as a transformational leader to lead, influence, and communicate the strategic vision and actions of Gas Power IT and Vernova DT across the CIOs.
- Develop a roadmap that aligns to a strategic end state for the GP DT portfolio of programs.
- Responsible for managing overall GPIT >$40M annual program budget to ensure proper alignment to Gas Power strategic roadmap.
- Work with CIOs to meet GPIT program requirements, overall budget and schedule.
- Manage spend and purchasing processes, strategic vendor initiatives, and transformation of Power IT spend.
- Drive process improvement across multiple connected organizations within Gas Power and Vernova.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is typically required, or equivalent experience/knowledge.
- Significant experience in IT, with demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience with enterprise applications, project management, and budget oversight.
