About the role
- Lead and oversee the recruitment process
- Support both volume and strategic hiring efforts for key positions
- Work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to recruitment processes
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics
- Ensure functional recruiting alignment and consistency across regions
- Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors
- Maintain knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws
Requirements
- At least 13 + years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience leading or mentoring teams of recruiters (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Experience advising and influencing key stakeholders
- Strong experience using recruitment metrics and data analytics
- Ability to leverage labor market insights
- Knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
