About the role

  • Lead and oversee the recruitment process
  • Support both volume and strategic hiring efforts for key positions
  • Work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters
  • Implement targeted sourcing strategies
  • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to recruitment processes
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics
  • Ensure functional recruiting alignment and consistency across regions
  • Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors
  • Maintain knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws

Requirements

  • At least 13 + years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams of recruiters (ideally 5+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience advising and influencing key stakeholders
  • Strong experience using recruitment metrics and data analytics
  • Ability to leverage labor market insights
  • Knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
