Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and monitor process mapping for quality improvement
Standardize processes, tools, and performance management systems
Develop and maintain Business Process Management Systems, including Quality Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems
Ensure projects and products meet specified internal and external standards
Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
Apply industry trends to inform decision-making
Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity
Present business solutions to functional leaders
Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in Quality & Business Process Management for roles outside the USA
Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience, for roles outside the USA
Master's degree from an accredited university or college for roles in the USA, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
