About the role
- Harmonize tools, strategy, and core processes across the global network
- Manage and personally own major issues escalated from different regions on specific projects
- Provide training and resources to develop the skills and capabilities of inventory and order management leads
- Ensure timely updating and review of risks and opportunities across the project portfolio
- Build and expand the PSCM pipeline to develop high-performing leaders capable of filling key roles
- Develop and streamline cross-functional communication and interactions between inventory management leads and the rest of the organization
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent required (engineering school, business school, or other specialized institution)
- Extensive professional experience (more than 10 years) with a strong background in Supply Chain/Industry management, including technical, administrative, and financial responsibilities
- Significant leadership experience with direct and indirect (matrix) reporting
- Experience managing multicultural and remote teams
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
